For good results there are some rules to pay attentions for: Herman doesn't tolerate metal, therefore no metal spoons are allowed. Fewest people live in refrigerators, so don't do that to Herman...
He likes room temperature and remarks this while more or less blubbering..

On the 1st day Herman needs some rest to acclimatize in the new surroundings.

On the 2nd/3th/3th day Herman should be stirred up once.

On the 5th day Herman is hungry. He likes a cup of sugar, a cup of milk and a cup of flour. During the feeding he wants to be stired up until he is unwrinkled again.

On the 6th/7th/8th/9th day it's positive for Herman's digestion to stir up once per day..

The 10th day is Herman's great day. First feed and stir him again like on the 5th day. Afterwards split him in 4 equal parts. Give away 3 parts to good friends which should breed and care their part in the same way as described above.

To the 4th part add 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of sugar, half a cup of oil as well as 3 eggs, a packet of vanilla sugar, a packet of baking powder and a pinch of salt.

If you like add some cinnamon, nuts, fruits, raisins, cocoa or everything together. Anyhow he wants to be stired up one final time and then baked at 190 degrees Celsius for about 40 to 45 minutes in a well greased cake pan. After the cake cooled down, Herman enjoys to be eaten with pleasure.
